Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Plink. By creating an account or using the Plink app or the Plink website you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One person, one account.

Honest scores

Post the score you actually shot. Only endorse rounds you saw or trust. We may remove rounds, endorsements or unlocks that look false, and suspend accounts that keep posting them.

Your content

You own the photos, descriptions and scores you post. You give Plink permission to store and show them to the people your privacy setting allows, so we can run the service. You are responsible for having the right to post anything you upload.

Be decent

No harassment, hate, spam, impersonation, or content that is illegal or not yours to share. Don't try to break, scrape or overload Plink.

Accessories and milestones

Ball accessories are part of the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred. We may add, change or retire milestones.

The service

We work hard to keep Plink running, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Plink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
